Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Alberta Snowboard pauses to reflect on the history and ongoing impacts of residential schools and the systemic barriers that Indigenous peoples continue to face. We honour the survivors, their families, and the communities who carry this truth every day.![]()

As leaders, from our Board to our staff. We recognize that reconciliation is not only about acknowledgment, but about action. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Call to Action #90 reminds us of the responsibility within sport to ensure Indigenous children and youth have access to play, compete, and thrive.![]()
