Merging of Roles: World Cup Project Coordinator into Event Coordinator

At Alberta Snowboard, we’ve streamlined our event management process by merging the World Cup Project Coordinator role into the broader Event Coordinator position. This combined role will now oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from grassroots programs like Little Riders and Elleboard to high-performance events, including Snow Rodeo World Cup and Sr. Nationals.

By merging these roles, we are ensuring a more cohesive approach to event management, allowing the Event Coordinator to have a comprehensive view of all our events and the flexibility to handle everything from logistics and volunteer coordination to sponsor activations and high-level competition requirements. This shift provides a unified structure that better supports our mission to deliver exceptional snowboarding events and programs across Alberta while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
